DT recruiting for 2016 question - LA Boys

whats the chances of getting Ed Oliver and Rashard Lawrence? Id love to have both but with Edwin Alexander commit do we take two more DTs?

I can't tell you specific percentages but we are in a good spot for both Oliver and Lawrence....Logan also. I can easily see us taking 4 DT's this class...crazy thing about that is 3 of the ones we lead for are 5*'s and the 4th DT is a 4*...."we gon be straight"

i sure hope you are right....i think with Coach O recruiting we get at least 3 of them...if we get all 4 of them then i dont know if i can contain myself

Lawrence and logan are ours to lose. no one knows what will happen with oliver due to his personal connections to uh. with Cleveland decommit from aggies, it makes the oliver situation that much more or a murky adventure.

lawrence is bama lean right now after great spring game visit. loves his position coach at bama-has a great relationship. will be tough pull.

Getting Lawrence, Oliver, and Logan to go with Ed Alexander would be just sick.

LSU absolutely takes Oliver and Lawrence. Both are potential studs. Both have an affection for LSU, and Orgeron is the point man.
The only question is whether we would take a 4th D-Tackle (if we would actually pull those 3 phenom recruits on board). I think some of that answer depends on how we fare with top D-End talent. If LSU gets 2 or 3 key D-End targets to commit - I think we stand pat at 3 D-Tackles (again assuming the 3 studs are the guys).
If we only get 2 of the 3 studs (and we also miss out on KJones), then I think there is more of a possibility to take 4 D-Tackles.
