I mean if he grabbed the phone, deleted the iCloud account, stomped on the phone then dumped it in water, sure...but short of that he's just asking to get busted.

The 2nd phone further way that recorded the video would still exist.
As far getting busted.. busted for what? He will not be charged with assault or destruction of property. I doubt he even loses his job.

Well yea. But he doesn't know they are recording the recording. The only point I was saying is the data on the stomped phone is still accessible so the video could be obtained.

On the one hand... you can't do that. On the other hand it looked like they were in a tense situation that necessitated the AR's coming out and it that woman was annoying the shite out of them for no reason.
