3 times a day 4-6 times a week usually , I'm still in college though, so finances force me to eat at home. It is also more convenient and I've learned to cook a few decent meals.

Every meal except 2-3 a week. Been doing this since I got divorced 26 years ago.

All the time, I enjoy preparing food. It's something everyone should know how to do. Grow a lot of my own vegetables, herbs and fruit.
I love to grill over a hardwood fire the most, love a trimmed brisket, thick cut ribeye or ny strip and babyback ribs.

I'm better at eating than cooking. I did not burn any rice tonight though

I eat fast food four or five times a week minimum and weigh 195 at 6'3". Just because you eat out doesn't mean you don't go to the gym. It's nothing for me to eat Taco Bell on the way to the gym.

It's just good that you'll be able to watch your kids grow up

I usually spend around $100 at the store and that lasts for a month.

I usually eat 5000 calories per day give or take 1000. When I do, it's usually more like 3500.
That is a massive calorie swing. I tried to do a double lunch the other day, so I can't imagine eating that much.

I usually cook at home. Either grill or bake something, or throw chicken in the pan with salt and pepper. I love cooking.

Scruffy cooked a sandwich tonight.

I cook all of my lunches and dinners for the week on Sundays. It's not exciting, but I probably spend $50-75 a week on the essentials, and it makes things really easy. Plus it keeps me honest with eating healthy.

I know a chick that does that, and it's weird as frick. I can't imagine deciding what I am going to eat Thursday night on Sunday night

I have the same meal every day though I'm not picky. It's usually either meat, pork, or beef with some vegetables and either rice, quinoa, or sweet potatoes.

It's really not that hard to plan it out. Eating it on the assigned day is sometimes difficult.

frick, I make the decisions each night....usually minutes before I order. I guess if you're on a diet it would work

You just now have tried Pho?
Posted on 4/20/15 at 10:15 pm to Hammertime
It started out as a diet but honestly I prefer this way now. After cooking for a long time I don't like the way lots of restaurant food is prepared. In the last couple of weeks I've made turkey meatballs, lentils, brown rice, steak, curry, assorted chicken dishes, mahi mahi, tilapia, salmon, shrimp, sweet potato fries, mashed cauliflower among many other dishes. Most of the cooking didn't take longer than it would to go out and get something and the only thing that was expensive was the mahi mahi and the salmon.

I eat a lot, so meals don't usually last that long. Eating two tuna steaks, a bag of yellow rice, and a small can of green beans tonight.
