Why is it legal for someone to get paid to have sex on camera but not off?

So you're telling me that having a camera taping the event automatically grants it 1st amendment protection? Why don't pimps just buy expensive movie equipment to place in the room. That way if they get busted, they can just claim they are shooting a porno.

They make it to where you have to get STD tested every month to do porn plus a bunch of other random stuff. It's basically a huge PITA, and couldn't be done
