That's pretty cool, man. Plenty of jackasses in this thread, but your daughter will really appreciate this once she starts playing at her friends' houses and realizing they don't have anything quite like it.

I ain't scared, I got a Baby Doc-like exit plan.
Call up the US Government, they send a plane, fly us out and me and the Empress Füt live in exile.

Can't wait to have a big playroom in the next house we build. Will keep all toys in there so their rooms will be neat and just have beds and clothes. Can always transition the playroom as they grow...Foosball pool table etc. Later on.

As an adult man, I hate to admit this...but that room looks pretty damn good.

This is why half my basement is completely unfinished and the other half is still in a partly unfinished state. If I finished it, the wife would want it for her and my new daughter, but instead it's a motorcycle garage/shop/awesome man cave. They can have the other two floors of the house.

It's very nice. And has doors. Don't underestimate the power of being able to sit in there with them with door closed to contain the mess.

I have three under age 6 and the toys are a little annoying although we got rid of a bunch in a recent move . But what really gets me is I find fricking little socks everywhere. And no two ever match. I have literally never bought a pair of kids socks and we have hundreds. Wtf?!?

Why does everyone need a mancave? You fricks can't sit on the rear patio or front porch or outdoor kitchen or by the pool? frick smoking a cigar inside the house.

I dot know about cigars, but yeah, a "man cave" does seem a little Guy Fieri or a little Mike Golic.

Playroom is nice if you have more than one kid.

They can go play in each other's room. Or outside.

Playroom is nice if they play in it.

Little kids tend to want to be around their parents in my experience.

My first two kids had their own playroom and it was great. Only had to buy one entertainment system, video game console and television for them. It also kept their rooms more clean.

im sure we went overboad (especially since she will be a newborn) but in a few years I feel like it will be worth it.

hell just in there now we have the mamaroo, a bouncer, the playmat, and rocker.

and like i said earlier the nursery is tiny, there won't be much playing in her room until she is moved into the guest room

Wait, that's for a newborn? Omg! You just ruined a room that won't get any intended use for at least 3 years.
