I've discerned that two of the narrators are Michelle Fairley (Catelyn Stark) and Harry Lloyd (Viserys Targaryen).
the DVDs have this as a special feature. the segemnts are broken down into topics and then by interested house/group
an actor with an association to that house/group will narrate the segment

Same shite happened to me last season.
Actually Jet brought it up in the thread and I just explained where that info came from and all hell broke loose while jet abandoned the thread

yeah i was only trying to supplement the discussion to help people understand, b/c that's what their role is on the DVDs
i think some Hodors just want to spin their theories and this limits all of that ability to an extent, b/c it gives a basis for some character actions

When they were arguing over someone calling Catelyn's brother the "Blackfish" and asking for them to be banned I screenshotted where it said it on the HBOGo Interactive deal (it would pop up with a side screen with a snippet about locations, characters, etc in a non-spoilery manner) and it went poorly.
Anyway, as for the OP there's three parts to the compilation if you combine all of the separate videos together. They cover a little bit of everything.
I think the most helpful is the information on Robert's Rebellion because it's such a huge source of things that occur throughout the series in terms of motivations and such. You get it through multiple viewpoints in the History and Lore series that comes with the DVDs.
Obviously there are spoilers based on where you are in each season.
From the 1st Season DVD:
Robert's Rebellion from House Baratheon's Viewpoint (narrated by Robert Baratheon)
Robert's Rebellion from House Targaryen's Viewpoint (narrated by Viserys Targaryen (Dany's brother)
From the 2nd Season DVD:
Robert's Rebellion from Stannis Baratheon's viewpoint
Robert's Rebellion from Davos Seaworth's viewpoint
Robert's Rebellion from Margaery Tyrell's (or House Tyrell's) viewpoint
Robert's Rebellion from Catelyn Stark's viewpoint
From the 3rd Season DVD:
Robert's Rebellion (narrated by Varys and Petyr "Littlefinger" Baelish)
From the 4th Season DVD:
Robert's Rebellion from House Martell's viewpoint (narrated by Oberyn "Red Viper" Martell)

Does the sound cut out for anyone else from 1:28-2:45?

Never realized that most of the worlds dragon glass is at Dragon stone which is the land that is held by Stannis
I think Samwell tarly needs to speak up of his White Walker adventures and that could be a game changer down the road

Watched this all the way through. Nicely done and very informative. Thanks for sharing.

I've watched all of these at some point and think they're fantastic.
I love Mark Addy narrating about the Baratheons
