Goal: 235 members with initiation fee of $1500
Monthly dues: $250-$275

The goal is to get 235 members by June 1, 2015 or all initiation fees will be refunded.

If they close within a year, they will refund $1000 of the initiation fee. If the stay open 1 year, but less than 2 years, they will refund $500 of the intiation fee.

Anyone interested?

I like the practice range, but I hated the course layout. Not good for someone who hits power draws, aka a hook.

Initiation fee of 1500 and 275 a month

If someone pays 5 grand in a year to play that course, they need the Tom benson treatment.

The course, from some of the rumors, needs a mil to get it back in playing shape.

They need to buy the equipment to get it going.

I bet they get some interest.

We will see if they can hit their initial member goal.

Even if it opens it'll always be teetering on the edge

Y'all keep trying this deal every few months. It isn't going to happen

This is starting to remind me of the fitness gym disaster.

It's the only course in that immediate area now with Fairwood, Shenandoah and Briarwood all closed.

The closest is.. What? Greystone? Howell?

If you are dumb enough to pay them money for anything involving the course, you deserve to get ripped off. Only an idiot would open attempt to reopen a failed golf course in this current economy.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills

You're not wrong but, for that price, I have to see what they're going to put into it first.

If that course includes range and cart, it's a pretty good deal

Will they have footgolf?

It's a deal breaker.

Terrible. They pissed everyone off bc the pros suck and you don't get much with a membership. BREC is so much better
