I would never get an adjustment to my cervical spine by a Chiro. Every where else is fine. I think it can work on shoulders and low back depending on your specific issue.

No, you aren't flexible with tight muscles. Your muscles, ligaments, and tendons determine flexibility.

I agree with you ronk in regards to torrey. You can't have tight muscles and be super flexible. Tight muscles inherently limit range of motion.

I'm super flexible but always have tense muscles. Very painful during any sort of massage. IDK? People used to use the term "double-jointed".

Technically anyone who has their doctorate is a doctor. However, they are not physicians as that title remains with MD's.

Torrey, I'm just giving you a hard time because you fundamentally can't have tight muscles and full range of motion of the joint (flexibility). People still use double jointed but that is a misnomer as you know.
