Where to find Capon in BR?

Looking for capon chicken. Anyone know where I can get some?

Whole foods has them as well. I don't recall ever seeing them fresh always frozen. But roast it right and it eats very well.

Not to derail the thread but I had a physiology professor who would randomly jump off topic and start talking about Capons. This was during summer semester and my attention was impaired to begin with. It wasn't until a few weeks in that I figured out a Capon was a damn bird. As martini said, I've always seen them frozen.

man yes, thaw brine and roast, fine eating!!!!! They su vide really well wrapping in saran wrap to start or plain just brine, refrigerate over night to dry skin and roast. I bought a big easy oil less turkey fryer and did one.It was the best I ever did just seasoning with salt and pepper. Less is often more.
