Anyone else have co-workers that constantly have "nervous laughter"

I have a coworker who laughs after almost everything she says.

worse..i have one that constantly says "im so sorry" and is always happy. Everyone knows its fake. Last week one lady told her "look, you have told me your so sorry 8 times in the past 5 mins, thats enough" 
Anything that happens she says it! Open a door and she is there "im so sorry", walk into copy room and she is using copier "im so sorry", go to break room and she is at the sink or fridge " im so sorry"

We have a lady who's laugh is more of a "HUUUUUUUUU" than a simple "haha". It's definitely the most annoying part of my day.

I have a co-worker that sits next to me that is under performing. Comes in my cube all day long with a sad depressed look whispering, "I don't know what I'm going to so" etc etc.
No big deal but it's been going on for 6+ Months. I have to beat a positive attitude into her.
