Seems pretty obvious. They both start on opposite sides of the line. The idea is to push the other person backwards so whoever ends up on the opposite side of his line wins.
Sometimes the person losing turns sideways and throws the person winning to the ground. Either way they still lost.

This drill is a straight waste of time. Most of the time nobody is doing anything. Some of the time only 2 players are doing something.

I think there is and you are going to see it in run downs and against run heavy teams.
This Oline has the talent AND depth to be the best we have had in a long time.
