The prostitute metaphors are pretty clear in this episode. Between Megan taking his check "you pay them to leave, not to stay" but doing so right after declining Harry's much more Blount form of prostitution

I'm still trying to figure out what the was the point of the scene with Roger and the two secretaries? I know they kind of touched on it last season with the two black ones complaining about how they are treated.

And I can't blame Don for cutting Megan the check he did. He knew good and damn well by her rant that she was going to make that divorce absolutely fricking miserable and no amount of money to him is worth that. Not with the vitriol she was already starting to spill.
