I witnessed a wreck for the first in my life.

Girl came up behind me and passed me then went out sight. I then saw her hit the guardrail and then she slid into the other guardrail. I dialed 911 kinda shaken up. She was screaming and other people went to attend to her(fortunately)
I stayed for about an hour, and the cop said she was getting a ticket with the help of my statement. Kind of felt bad, but after waiting and hour and being in shock, I felt she deserved it.
