My company's 401k program is through Voya, formerly ING. We recently have been given the options for the following funds:
Balanced
VBIAX Vanguard Balanced Index Fund Admiral Shares
Large Cap
VFIAX Vanguard 500 Index Fund Admiral Shares
VTSAX Vanguard Total Stock MKT Inded Admiral Shares
Small/Mid/Specialty
VMGMX Vangaurd Mid-Cap Growth Admiral Shares
VSGAX " " Small-cap " "
Should I sink $10k into a couple of these and let them ride? It seems the cost savings alone would be beneficial. I am currently 30 years old. I currently have my elections set up for the Vanguard 2055 Target Fund.

Don't buy them just because they are admiral shares. Buy them if the funds fit your investment strategy. The cost savings is a bonus.
