copper fit anyone try it?

After having orthoscopic knee surgery about a month ago, I was just curious is the copper fit products a great way to reduce inflammation? various websites give them mixed reviews.

Someone gave me a knee elastic brace.
I've got a terrible arthritic knee.It may have given minimal relief but a non-copper one may have done the same.

I have tendinitis in my elbow and wear one when it hurts. I bought it because it was $10 at Walgreens and the other elbow braces were $18. Hope that helps.
