Brandt was upset about Martin Short’s portrayal of a nutty plastic surgeon on the hit comedy, but it was not the cause of his death, his spokeswoman exclusively tells Page Six.

That is the worst attempt at Blue Steel I have ever seen.

You don't attempt Blue Steel. You adopt it as a way of life.

Only for hot potatoes, btw.

If you build a monster, don't be surprised when the villagers show up at you door with torches and pitchforks.

This man was the king of plastic surgeons in their Mecca. He could have looked any way he wanted to. He could have lived any way he wanted to. He had access to the best therapists and medication. He had access to the best of everything.

Ed Grimley is not responsible for his issues. Some people who have it all are still just miserable.

He seems pretty thin-skinned to kill himself over that.

Damn I was just watching this last night. I didn't know that was based on a real person.

Whelp, if he didn't want people to make fun of him he shouldn't have been a weirdo.

Kimmy Schmidt was a hilarious show. And this part only took up like one scene. I didn't think it was offensive. Most people would have just laughed it off. Obviously his issues were more deeply rooted, as was pointed out in the article.

..and that's a good pic of the doc.

Here is another..

The Doc must have been a liberal; they can't laugh at themselves or take a joke.
