Anyone ever dealt with it... Pretty sure that's what I've got. Hurts to look up. Pain is more in the back of my head at the base of my skull. Yep it sucks !

P.S. It's not the aids ??

Unless you have some numbness or pain running down your arm, I would guess that it is not a disk problem, but something muscular instead....

My girlfriend had the same problem. The neurologist said it's from having an unnatural head/neck position while giving BJ's, primarily from being on her knees where she has no control over the angle. The solution was to avoid on-her-knees blow-jays. Maybe you should try that.

So what makes you think it is a pinched nerve?

Can't you just avoid looking up and walk with your head pointed toward the ground from now on?

Muscle. Not nerve.

Pinched nerve = pain down arm and numbness to fingers.

I just got through a pinched nerve in my neck. I couldnt sleep for months until i finally went to doctor and got diagnosed with one. I went through a few months of pain meds and physical therepy until my doctor recommended a series of epidurals in my neck. It worked. I havent had pain since. My advice, skip the pain meds and physical therapy, and go straight to the epidural. Better yet, keep the pain meds. I have 60 lortabs in my medicine cabinet.

Ice 15 mins. Then heat for 30 mins should help if it's muscular .

Usually you'll see Lateral forearm numbness progressing to hand weakness . Enjoy the meds .
