Didn't watch the game last night, so I don't know how much or how aggressively he played, but this information puts that 7 point statline in context.

He was consistently trying to involve the entire team. He definitely took on the role of facilitator throughout the game, despite only having 3 assist I believe.

He honestly was going 75%. Ppl were bitching and complaining about him in the thread, and I brought up this. There is a very good chance he plays 5 straight days

He should have had like 7 assists but nobody on his team could make a jump shot. Think they were like 1 for 16 from 3

He was basically running point in the 2nd half, he was getting the inbounds pass and taking it up the court.

Yeah I didn't realize he had this game watching last night. He was definitely going less than full speed especially on D. But so was everyone else. It's an all-star game.
Watching him I swear he looked like magic Johnson with the ball. I thought Martin handled the rock well for his size. Simmons is definitely NBA ready today. Gonna be a fun season next year.

From what I watched, he played the point a fare amount of time and was looking to pass it to other open players. Seemed liked just about everyone else was trying to shoot the moment they touched the ball.

My favorite thing from last night was Simmons getting mad about people not passing

Dude is some kind of special. We all want to compare him to someone but he's got a little bit of all the greats. I do like the Magic comparison, just don't wanna go there yet

Yes, he looks great, but we shouldn't go "Magic" yet.

I have not thought of Simmons playing point, but if so, we could have:

Simmons-6'9" PG
Blakeney-6'4" SG
TQ - 6'6" SF
Victor - 6'8" PF
Robinson - 7'1" C

I really hope Robinson starts putting it together.

He's missed a couple bunnies, but he's taking getting fouled to the next level.

Needs to work on FTs though.

Meh so far.. Attribute it to jet lag, playing last night. Missing free throws, put backs, not finishing on offense or challenging on defense in post.. Nice pass out of double team. Kid has excellent IQ. The opposing coach is not going to let Simmons beat them. Anxious to see him dig down deep and dominate BUT he's probably physically tired!!

He looks sluggish right now. Jet lag could be getting to him. He will turn it on in the 2nd half though
