That's like saying we should get all 2 stars since Jacob hester was one.

Mack was also a 2-star unknown out of high school.

That comparison was atrocious.

I think U of H has a slight edge to be perfectly honest. Gotta like Miles and Coach O's closing ability tho

I'm not comparing the two. My point was that you don't have to go to an upper echelon school to make it to the NFL, more specifically to be a first rounder. Eric Fisher says hi as well.

Williams and Orgeron remain in contact. "I still keep in touch with Coach O," Williams said. "He's a great guy. I look forward to having him as a great resource for the rest of my life."

I wonder if Leonard Williams will give Coach O a shoutout when he gets drafted....

Ed Oliver will learn a ton from the elder Ed O.

Coach O coming to LSU when he did is a perfect recruiting storm, like a purple and gold squall if you will.

I think we get three 5 star DTs this cycle.

Oliver could have the most impact immediately than any other recruit I've seen on DL so far...

maybe.... Godchaux did well, all things considered.... and Oliver will have stiff competition from the other DLmen in this cycle....

we arent far from houston and he said that lsu is his dream school. i know his brother goes to uh but if ed oliver wants to win championships and get major exposure every game he should choose lsu. i feel good about where lsu stands with him and i like our chances. also we have ed orgeron and uh doesnt, so as far as his development for the nfl is concerned, lsu holds the upper hand in that as well by a landslide.

Some of you guys really upset me sometimes. We flaunt how LSU is NFLU but you get mad when a player leaves after 3 years then you take a big crap on said player. Boggles my mind.

He will be LSU's Leonard Williams. You can move this guy all over the line. Let him bulk up to about 290-295. .

Would you tell centers not to go to LSU for the same reason? How many centers from LSU are in the NFL?

Completely different thing and any smart guard or tackle can play center. When is the last time LSU got a commitment from a center?

With that said, he can be an exceptional DT at Houston.
