July 1986. Left Lafayette Thursday night (Friday morning) from "The Strip" at 2am when the bars closed headed to Pensacola for the Jimmy Buffett concert on Saturday. Had our ice chests loaded up with beer and OJ (vodka was not iced down) and 2 loaves of french bread, along with some other "substances". Bread was ingested within an hour on the road. Spent the next few days drinking a lot and enjoying the beach and music. Realized on the way back late Sunday afternoon that we had not stopped to eat since the french bread. Hit the next exit for McDs.

Please share with the class and use your words. You've said nothing so far but post a picture and make a statement without any meaning

3 days.

First 24 hours was just a goof. Then I wanted to see how long I could go before it really was unbearable.

I think I woke up at some point in the 25 to 48 range, and I was super hungry but went back to sleep.

The last 24, I really wasn't more than normal hungry.

I read that some people could pass out around the 72 hour mark so I broke the fast because I had to drive.

Also a good article on Hugh Jackson doing intermittent fasting when he prepared for The Wolverine. He would eat 5k calories in an 8 hour window, then fast for 16 hours!
