using the worst music service possible for the artist, you should be ashamed of yourself. not really, that's cool that it's on there, I'm sure it's the paid service which actually pays a little better

Can someone explain what is so awesome about this, i'm genuinely curious?
Is it just a music streaming service on PS4? Can you listen while playing?

I dunno. I think spotify is a great service, and I guess being able to use it on your console is a bonus 
Think of it as pandora, except you can listen to entire albums (whatever is available) and create playlists. Listening while gaming, I can't say.

while I'm at home I will switch my TV to my chromecast and just stream music over the sound system I have in my house... it's really really convenient, and really awesome since I have my Pebble which acts as a wireless remote even though my phone is in another part of the house. A lot of people use their ps3's or ps4's as their streaming service, so to have this product is a huge plus to them I'm guessing?

I'll give it a try but I'm pretty high. The service is awesome. The app on the console is extremely user friendly and seamlessly clean. Yes it plays with gameplay and I didn't have to jump through hoops to get it to do it. It just did it because it's awesome and wants me to listen to music without hassling me.

Yes, only on the ps4 though.
You have to start the playlist first and then start or continue the game (if it is suspended).
To access the control options you hold down the playstation button as if you were turning off the console. From there you can control volume and seek through the songs.

You can listen while playing. You can change the songs and volume using your phone too if you'd like. Balance of sound between music and game is great

If you can listen while you play, I really hope this makes its way to XBox before PGA Tour does. Would be awesome to play PGA with my own playlists in background.

Kept getting killed by the Cleric in BloodBorne, took a break and hooked up my Spotify.
Threw on some Juicy J while fighting the Cleric my next time and beat him with full health and 5 more vials in pocket.
PS4 just got so much better people.

Am I the only one using bluetooth on the soundbar to listen to music via phone?

You lose fidelity with bluetooth. Plus you can you use your phone to control the PS4 spotify.
