I only say pork chops, because I'm grilling those tonight.

Basil, oregano, rosemary, garlic, salt pepper or Cavendar's Greek Seasoning. make a rub with the herbs, then coat with a little creole mustard.

Make your own indian blend.
Or:
Moroccan Seasoning in the little clear glass container with the black top.
We take extremely thin cut pork chops, season liberally with blend, salt, and cayenne and layer in tupperware for a few hours.
I get the little weber as hot as I can get it, sear both sides and serve.
Just have to watch your cooking times or you can end up with leather.
Another good one is mix salt sugar and habeneros in a spray bottle with a non citrus juice of your choice. Let sit and cook thick chops very slowly while spraying with the liquid occasionaly.

Yum.
OP: If you're in BR, hit up Red Stick Spice Co. They have little ziplocs of blends they make, and some of them are really awesome on pork. There is a Cranberry Chipotle that kicks arse, and also plenty of Middle Eastern blends that are good.

I like Stubbs.
Now I'm sure someone will tell me all the crap it's loaded with. Oh well.

I like a mix of teriyaki, pineapple juice, garlic and various hits of spices (cumin, chili powder, onion powder, thyme) with a squirt or two of siracha
