Not when they're cracking down on head injuries and when your team was good that year whereas the Falcons completely sucked when piping in crowd noise.
Both are cheating and against the rules. Here's the only difference I've seen and heard so far. Falcons fans aren't really bitching and don't think the NFL is out to get them.
I still think the big winner in this is the NE Patriots. I guess they simply cannot get penalized. I'd cheat all day if I were them.

Meh. Take away your head coach asst head coach your GM. All before your draft. A second round pick in this years draft and pretty much kiss 2015 goodbye and that would change I think.

Kinda already there anyways. I'll cheer my brains out for 'em but I definitely see a rebuilding year. New HC and new coaches in general with a completely different team learning new schemes. Definitely not a deep playoff/SB year, realistically, at least.

Quick turn arounds are more common than they use to be.
You have a good QB and thats what matters.
Sometimes a new scheme is all thats needed. See saints 06 (CSP) and 09 (G Willams).

I think this should actually be viewed in the same light as when NE was caught videotaping other teams practices. They are both considered cheating and were done in order to gain a competitive advantage.
In regards to the deflated balls BS, that has more to do with the fact that everyone w/ the Pats have denied everything; therefore, they have to conduct a full investigation. Since both ATL & Clev admitted to the infractions and fully complied, the investigations would go a lot faster/smoother.
With that said, I have a feeling NE's punishment will be lighter since they have yet to be able to point to anyone w/in the organization that had any knowledge.

I was surprised to not see that the punishment would be much harsher. W/ McKay being head of the competition committee, I figured the league would make an example of him since he's part of the group that helps ensure there is fair competition.

Yesterday, NFL Live indicated there is one more major meeting left to take place in May. Apparently, the extra point is going to be changed and there will be a huge debate about what they are changing it to.

RG will go down as a steaming pile of excrement in the history books.
While I agree with you that RG is a huge flaming bag of douche, I do not know if he will be viewed that way by history, or more importantly the owners. Right now revenue is at 13B and it is projected to be 25B by 2025. There is a reason why he is still in power, and I would bet that 13B has a lot to do with it.
