Hdmi cable. Make sure its in all the way. Or, Try swapping another one. If it has an Hdmi cable. My cable was doing the same thing. Switched cable, no mo probs.

It is more likely that it is his Internet streaming that is the issue but there is a chance that it's the HDMI cable.
