Complete bullshite. And I actually support abortion. Don't agree with it, but not for outlawing it.
And yes a 7 month old can live outside the womb. NICU would be needed, but it is possible. So murder.

It's a human once it has a heart beat. And NO abortion should be done once it is considered viable (like 18 weeks I think). And that is opinions from most doctors.
But who gives a frick what a doctor says, I'd rather the opinion of some actor in California.

Yeah as opposed to not hearing about it but knowing doctors are just scrambling their brains out. Sure. It's sooooo different.
The only difference is the danger to the mother. If they're cruel enough to murder their child, then maybe it isn't that big a loss, eh?

Here's my question: If it is determined that a fetus is a "life" at certain amount of time in the womb, then are we really saying that the day before it wasn't? Basically if we're saying a fetus isn't a person at 7 months, then why isn't it one at 6 months & 31 days? Or 6 months & 30 days?...and so on.
I'm conservative and I understand the logic behind many liberal arguments; but I'll just never understand supporting abortion and claiming that a fetus is merely a body part.

Defintely a double murder charges. But by Colorado's version unfortunately it would only be a single murder charge.
