I don't want to live on this planet anymore. Cuts baby from the womb, Colorado won't charge her with murder.

After the attack, prosecutors said it may be hard to muster a murder charge. Colorado state law does not recognize a fetus as a person, unless it is capable of surviving for a period of time outside the womb, a prosecutor said then.

Sounds like abortion to me, which isn't murder.

7 months pregnant, beaten and cut from her belly. Bit different than walking into a clinic.

I just hope the religious crazies don't win. If they do and abortion is banned throughout he country you'll hear about these stories weekly.

So if my wife had suffered the same consequences and my child was taken from us like that, I'm not losing my child to someone who intentionally tried to take my child's life?

Most liberals will find nothing wrong with this.

Well, by law it's not a person yet.
Just stating the Colorado law which stems from this situation.

She probaably thought it was a pug. Honest mistake.

Colorado is saying it's not murder because it's not a person. I simply understand that law. Not saying I condone it.

Those who are prochoice and upset over this.....so if you wanted the baby it's now considered a life? Don't want the baby and abort it's the mom's right and not a life? Is that how it works?

I don't understand this argument. ProCHOICE
This was not a choice. It was premeditated murder. She lured the lady to her house, beat her, held her captive, and cut the 7 month old fetus from her belly.

Pro choice people believe a baby isn't a baby unless the mother wants to keep it.
And liberals call themselves people of science.

I'm confused?
A female dog has baby dogs(pups)
A female cat has baby cats(kittens)
A human female has a fetus(non-human)
Clear as mud ......

I believe pro choice people don't believe it is life until birth, not conception.
Keep in mind that because one is pro choice doesn't necessarily mean they would ever follow through with an abortion personally. They support the right of choice.

But how can it be murder of the unborn baby if it isn't considered a life but merely a fetus?
If cutting an unborn baby out is considered murder.....wouldn't sucking an unborn baby out with a small vacuum device also be considered murder?

Just make laws up as you go along. The government always knows what's right, period.

So they support the choice to murder an unborn baby?
You can't say abortion isn't murder because it's not a life, but then turn around and say this situation was murder. Not having consent from mom doesn't all of a sudden make it murder.
For the record....I'm very much prolife and believe abortion is murder.

This isn't about personal beliefs. This is about the state of Colorado not charging the woman with murder. Read the law, it's in black and white whether you think it's morally acceptable or not.
