Have to agree with Med Devices. Have a buddy with just 5 years experience or so, and recently got on with Abbot and he makes northwards of 150 and he's not 30 yet. It can be a little entrepreneurial starting out as you may have to work for start ups, which can mean occasionally being laid off and benefits not being great.
