The Federal Government needs an agency to monitor food delivery companies to check for disparate impact claims where one minority might not have the same access to delivery food as more affluent white areas. I think this would be a great bureau the government could create and use an an enforcement tool to force free access to food delivery products.

Other posters are quoting nopd that they cant explain why he was where he was.

He'll, I could even support it with scientific studies done by reputable research groups, but no one likes to a knowledge the real reasons.

Years ago I worked for a subcontractor that was doing some renovation work on the old Fisher Projects in Algiers. We had a specific rule that when we got to the site we could only enter the site if we were accompanied by the NOPD. So everyday, we had this cop that escorted us onto the site and hung out around where we were working that day.
No cop with us, no work that day. The powers that be knew if we didn't have a police escort we would be robbed, accosted, our tools and materials stolen, etc.
Same thing going with Domino's. They are doing this to protect their workers.
