Seems like all this will do is just screw their delivery drivers out of the tips that will now go to other pizza places in the ward.

They are protecting their workers as well. It would be impossible to find drivers who would want to deliver there if they didn't make this policy. It has nothing to do with being discriminatory and everything to do with common sense business decision.
