His ceiling is Joakim Noah (which is a helluva ceiling). His floor is probably Tyrus Thomas.

He'll be better than Austin Rivers.

I could see that, but I while I think he has the potential to be a better scorer, I don't think he could be the passer and initiator on offense like Noah is capable of being.

When Kentucky played at LSU last season, in the ice dome game, Johnny O'Bryant owned his arse and I thought he was soft for a 7 footer.

This season, from the little bit of Kentucky I have watched, he has looked much better to me.

I think he will be a solid NBA player, probably not a superstar though.

Not me, he'll be a top 10 rim protector at worst.

I think he'll sustain a career in the NBA just off his athleticism and versatility on defense alone. I've seen a handful of Kentucky games this season and I'm always pleasantly surprised to see that he can stretch his defense out on the perimeter.

The fact that he's a pretty good on ball defender will serve his well enough in the NBA. He might not ever be a superstar, but I'd be surprise if he isn't consistent.

Wouldn't bet on him being awful. Kentucky players have been crushing it in the NBA lately.
