Best Credit Monitoring/protection services?

I know we had a debate a long time ago about the subject, but I cannot find it.
What is the best bang for your buck? I'm really looking at doing something now that I have found out a few of my coworkers have just recently been nailed.
I've tried to keep the initial fraud alert rolling for the past year, but that is becoming a hassle.
Any suggestions are much appreciated

Each Bureau would probably be best. I used to work for equifax and they gave us free monitoring and never took it away. I can put alerts for all types of things and they will email me when something triggers

Credit Karma and Credit Sesame both have free services that will alert you when you have changes in your credit. Credit Karma offers TransUnion and Equifax. Credit Sesame pulls from Experian. They both provide good information but just ignore the credit score because it may or may not be close to what your actual FICO score is.

None. I've seen about 5,000 credit reports because I'm a lending officer. I pull from 3 different agency's and they're all different by about 30 points each. My advice for keeping your credit score up:
-Do not sign up for individual store credit cards
-Have 1 credit card for emergencies and use it occasionally, but pay it off over 3 months (your credit report updates every 30 days)
-Pay your shite on time (autodraft)
If you need to check your credit, use only the govt approved system which is annual credit report.com

And by "Coworkers have just been nailed" I mean that they have had identities stolen.

Credit Karma is free and they notify you of activity. I have received emails immediately whenever I have a hard credit pull or a new account hit my credit report.
