I've been numerous times been the last three years in a row I hate the damn place tbh. Kids said they would rather go to wet and wild and sea world so I got that going for me.

Ive been too many times with people who force the magic on others which has the opposite effect and make people want to rage.

Drove there, spent 6 days and 3k, split pretty evenly between lodging, park tickets and food/souvenirs. Family of 4, but our little girl was pretty much free for everything being like 18 months.

Last time I went I was 15 and there was a huge cheerleading competition going on there during Spring Break. Needless to say, it was indeed "The Happiest Place on Earth"

If you can't enjoy yourself at Disney World then you're probably just a miserable frick.

Not miserable at all. I hate crowds. I would go if I lived nearby and only had to go for a day. But to pay thousands of dollars and travel hundreds of miles for a week of being around thousands of people sounds awful to me. I would rather use the money for a lower key vacation or two. Vacations for me should be about relaxing, not cramming every single minute with activities. Just not my thing.

No. I have friends who think I'm weird because I haven't either. Their annual vacations consisted of Disney world or destin every year for their entire childhood.
My parents took us all over the U.S. to different regions and national parks exploring. I'll take that anyway over Disney world.

I hope not, as I did not go until I was 40.

It was pretty cool though, my kid loved it.

If you have kids, save your coins and go. Its really expensive for a family if you are of lower or middle income. Definitely save for it.

I went one time, on a 9th grade school trip. I got food poisoning on the bus trip and puked in a trash bag all night. Rolled into Orlando the next morning and went straight to the Magic Kingdom. It was alright, I guess, but I didn't think it was anything special. Not worth the ordeal I went through to get there

No. You would be way weirder if you were one of those crazy adults who was obsessed with Disney.
