I'm talking about heavy as in, no squat over 400 unless it's in a meet, no deadlift over 450 unless it's in a meet, and no bench over 315 unless it's in a meet

I weekly squat over 400, deadlift over 500 and bench over 315. As working sets.

Get strong, stay strong! nah mane...seriously though, I'm almost twice your size.

Nah man. Never even ran one. I was a swimmer through college. I'm awful on land, but move like a damn fish in the water.

He didn't scare shite off. It died when Altaurus finally got banned.

191 this morning and I've only been to the gym 8 times in 6 weeks.

Tonight is Olympic lift training.

bullshite.

Im 35 and lift heavy twice a week.

48 here and I've been back at lifting heavy for about 18 months now. I'd gotten away from it but frick it, I like surprising people in the gym. I've always lifted FAR more than people assume I can when they see me in street clothes.

I mean, I am "Shorty"Rob.

What's your build, tho? I've learned that you really can't tell much just by stats. People carry weight so differently it's crazy

I'd love to hit 215
225 at 5'9" is awesome, depending on what the weight is made up of..

theres actually a bunch of medical science that shows that cardio endurance training is increasingly bad for you as you age, and strength training with heavy weights is better.

I´m 6´1 and a quarter (I´ve shrunk in my old age), and weigh 212 or so (depends upon the scale).

I´ve never lifted really heavy, but I believe I do throw some important weight around.

Still run a lot, but nowhere near what I used to.

As long as you're putting in the work.
I am not allowed to run for distance.
Sprints are all I can do.
Sponsor and trainer say no

I don't know how to describe really. I guess really fat at the navel area?

I was 240 10 weeks ago.

I've had too many personal life events and work stuff I wasn't active at all for almost 8-9 months.

I just started training again in January. I also started learning judo.

I lift without a belt. I can squat 275x10 arse to grass that's a narrow stance high bar and pull 315x10.

Bench I'm pretty pathetic since I tore my left pec and bicep almost two years ago and I have a minor shoulder strain. So I don't know what I can bench.

I was able to ohp 175 about six weeks ago however.

I recently bought a prowler and will assemble it over the weekend.

My best ever deadlift was when I was 19 I pulled 610 at 185. Now I'm 32
