Apologies to longhorn boy if these have been out for a while, but new to me. The regular shad is my favorite panfish bait ever. Sometimes I'm in mixed perch and bream. The 2" can be a little large for the bream. And then sometimes I want to fish for bream without buying crickets or worms. Like when I just stumble on some. These should rock for that.

Well, I just bought them, but I plan to use on a 1/64 ounce jig head. Like...

I used to throw micro tubes, but I've gone to 100% Bobby Garland lately. We are good as long as you don't start telling these guys about Electric Chicken and Monkey Milk.

Sure look small, but would definitely be good to have in the boat when you troll by a bream bed while not really fishing for them.
Got some of those spinner hooks (owner) you suggested. Gonna try them this weekend with some dippers and flukes.

Cool. Don't give up on them if you don't get bit. Really good for Jan/Feb.

I have a hard time finding 1/64th oz. jig heads. Usually 1/32nd is the smallest I can find.

I thought I had stumbled onto a secret about 3 yrs ago when they were killing Monkey Milk. . . then I went to the store to restock and the dude said "you need to try monkey milk - everybody's killing them on it."
Thought nobody knew.

It can be tough. When I see them, I buy them.

Old dude at the ghetto walmart has been known to hide a pack or three. I did not tell you.

Walked up to the pay for fish rainbow trout lake where everyone is fishing with corn and salmon eggs and not getting bites and proceeded to catch rainbows on 6/6 casts with the silver minnow tiny assassin on a 1/32 head. And I like to rig them upside down from that pic as the tail gets better action IMO.
