Well, there was a thread a little while ago where the OP just made up a quote, so that's probably where this is coming from.

I remember Minter, of course. He was great and a tackling machine. I just didn't think he commanded the whole defense like Sheppard did. He seemed more quiet than a vocal leader the whole D rallied behind. But maybe that's because that 2012 D had a lot of other big names/storylines with Mingo, Mathieu, Reid, Montgomery, etc.

I think this was visible the minute he took the field instead of DJ. Our entire defense played differently.
