IMO he booked the most insipid, boring, lazy and frankly embarrassing calendar a venue of it's size and history could produce.

honestly, this is just a pipe dream. mark me down for nothing ever happens to that building venue wise.

I agree 100 percent! I personally rather see another type of Perkins Rowe possibly with more nightlife stuff (restaurants, bars, outdoor patios, etc)
