We got to Palm Beach to visit the inlaws every spring break, and it's always in the middle of the spinner migration, and that's pretty much what it looks like down there as well.

They usually stay offshore a bit, but I've also seen them "surfing" in on waves and chasing prey almost up onto the beach. The spinners also breach a lot which is pretty cool to see.
