Stephone Anthony Moving Up In The Rankings

Well that figures, someone we are obviously interested in is movin on up.......
Mayock/Linebackers:
1. Paul Dawson, TCU
2. Eric Kendricks, UCLA
3. Stephone Anthony, Clemson
4. Benardrick McKinney, Mississippi State
5. Denzel Perryman, Miami (Fla.)
Rise: Kendricks (4), Anthony (5)
Fall: McKinney (2), Perryman (3)
Mayock's Rankings
CBS/Linebackers:
1. Eric Kendricks, UCLA
2. Benardrick McKinney, Mississippi State
3. Stephone Anthony, Clemson
4. Denzel Perryman, Miami
5. Paul Dawson, TCU

If this keeps up they may have to take him at #31 instead of waiting until the #44 if they really want him.

McKinney reminded me Karlos Dansby when I saw him play. But I mean it was only one game and of course Miss St. was playing an inferior opponent.. us (South Alabama).
but I mean he's a taller LB like Dansby and he got after it on blitzes. I don't remember him in pass coverage really but he was a guy who stood out for sure. He could run.
Dansby was a converted LB from safety in college though so I'm probably reaching. He started out as a DB in 2001 but by 2002, he was a OLB in a 4-3 defense that played a lot of Tampa 2.
Preston Smith from Miss St. looked good too when I saw him. He's kind of a tweener at DE/OLB but maybe someone we look at? Hope so.
we need more depth up front too.

I'd be ok with taking him at 31 if that's who they liked and felt they couldn't get him at 44. There are solid OG, CB or WRs we can get at 44.

Let Mckinney and Perryman fall we need to get value in this draft OL/WR/LB with the first three picks with best value available would be very nice.

If he's selected 30, that probably means Kendricks is still available for 31 which is fine by me. Honestly, all the top 5 LBs are of the same caliber IMO(Kendricks at the top tho), just with different styles and skill sets for different team needs. You know, what are you looking for? 3-down LB (Kendricks), coverage LB (Dawson & Anthony) or Thumpers (McKinney & Perryman)

If this is the consensus big board around the NFL, there shouldn't be an ILB taken until at least the 40s. GTFO with this shite...

Oh OK my bad.
I don't agree with him having Dawson at 1 but the point was even though both those rankings are different it has Anthony at 3 on both. A week ago he was at 5 or below.
