I have a 36' camper that has been on my property for over 3 years. It belongs to a relative of my wife. They have no imidiate intention of removing this property. Do I legal own it? They have not mentioned it in over 2 years. Can I sell it? Thanks for the input.

No, you don't own it.

No, you can't sell it.

Have it towed away if you don't want it on the property anymore and the owners are refusing to remove it.

I did post from phone. Why that matters and that some of you grab onto the smallest shite to point out flaws amazes me.

Easy. Get off the internet and call them. Give them a week to get the camper off or get it towed. Or ask them if you can have it, get proper papers, then sell

Honestly I'm not sure that it even works like that. Consult a lawyer.

I know with wrecker yards there is a process where they take ownership of a vehicle after the owner abandons it without paying the storage/tow fees. Pretty sure that process involves sending certified letters to the owner and it has to be a certain amount of time before the process can take place.

Once the process is complete I believe a new title would be acquired. You go selling someone else's property without following the proper steps and you could face criminal charges.

Drag that bitch to the road before it catches on fire and they sue you for it since it was on your property..
