Roku 3 help

I am all of a sudden having issues with all my Rokus connecting to any app.
I have an excellent signal from our router and have have restarted, and even reset them to factory settings and they still will not connect to Vudu, ESPN, ect. When connecting to Vudu I keep getting an error 28.
Anyone have any suggestions?
