Catching sac au lait at the mouth of the pass on the Choctaw side. Also, the lake runners are biting in the lake.

Don't now if they still are, but the raceland launch was slap packed this afternoon.

I haven't really been catching in the Bouef area, and I fished the mouth of Choctaw pass, and the tank battery Friday and Saturday. Even tried with worms for chicapin. I did find a few big sacalait around the edges of Lake Des Allemands though as a last resort try. I’ll be headed to Orange Grove next weekend. Bayou Black is where you want to be for sacalait.

If there were as many fish as boats, we could all limit out.

Surely you guys from the St. Charles Community are familiar with "Sweet Emotion". An awesome experience fishing in Lake Boeuf in "Sweet Emotion".

The guys profile says hes from Raceland, yet he doesn't want to go drive to the launch and actually try to fish, or make the 10 minute drive to Kraemer. He should probably just go sit on the side of 182 like the other 20 cars I saw there Saturday
