Random PC rebooting...Any suggestions are welcome

Have any of you ever heard of any system monitoring software, that can run in the background that will possible explain where these random reboots are coming from?
I keep getting them, during gaming, and now while browsing the internet. System event log is of no help. I have gotten to the point where I formatted and did a system refresh from scratch, and yet I still get the reboots. I am in IT, so you can imagine I have exhausted pretty much everything at my disposal except for changing hardware out. I have pulled RAM, moved it around, and it was no help. I even pulled the video card, but I can't run games with the on board VGA, so that didn't help.

My random stab would be power supply.

Yep, mobo or power supply. Could also be something overheating (mobo vrms, CPU, PSU caps, etc.) or a loose connection. Just keep swapping parts until you find the culprit.

Power supply is what I keep coming back to. I guess I need to order another.

You will need to review the dump files. They're pretty convoluted but will usually give you a strong hint at the issue. I had something similar happen to me after I built one. I upgraded the HD controller driver and never had it happen again.
