The "Here We Go Again" Syndrome

The hardest thing to coach is the defeatist attitude mind set that a program gets into. Saban made it #1 priority when he got here, not only with the players but with the fans(booing). It starts with little speck of doubt and just snowballs. How many times this year has it happened. The players need to believe they can dominate and then do it for the entire game. JJ hasn't gotten the message through so the team gets the "Deer in the headlights" look and it's "Here we go again" with no way to stop it.
