Is now a bad time to buy the latest MacBook Pro?

The hard drive on my 2011 MBP is on it's last legs. The drive failed up a couple weeks ago but I was able to restore from a time machine backup.
I like the most recent refresh of the MBP line but with the release of the new Retina MacBook will we see a full MBP redesign at WWDC in June?
I would hate to shell out for a new computer if a new MBP was to be released in just a few months but I don't know if my current one will even last that long.
What does the tech board think?

The MBP Retina was recently updated all around. 15" Retina received latest processor upgrades in Dec/Jan the 13" just received Force touch trackpad and processor upgrades a week or so ago.
I think you are going to be safe for awhile with your purchase. Also, if you need help or want to trade in your old one towards a new one. These guys are amazing.

Just bought the 13" 2 weeks ago after the update. They won't be changing it too soon. It got force touch and the upgraded CPU. It's a great machine.

Got mine for work in november. I am jealous of the force touch feature though.

It feels very similar to a regular click. I often forget about it actually... that I can force touch for more info on a link
