I can't see that honestly being anywhere near a quality film. The trailer had me completely hooked until it became Les Chiens Misérables. VIVE LES CHIENS DES RACE MIXTE!

I think, considering setting, this is easily a parody to real life. The movie is set in Hungary. Eastern Europe in general is notoriously racist. I had a professor in college whose wife was Romanian but lived in Hungry. She wasn't allowed to go anywhere by herself because if she did, the native Hungarians would start doing shite to her.
