This thread has been extremely damaging to my faith in humanity. I understand that idiots have always been around, and that it's just in recent years that I have noticed them as much because they now have access to technology and all the outlets for their opinions, but God help me, I don't want to live in a world like this.

I've met people who are way far deep into what they consider feminism (not what I consider feminism), but this is just another level.
I used to like Tumblr when I was ~18, but it was funny gifs and stuff. Nothing like this.

I have really mixed views on a lot of it. I don't think the idea of a single-person "family" restroom is the worst idea in the world as this multi-gender system seems to form more and more. Family restrooms were originally intended for people to change their babies in private or for a male to bring his young daughter to the restroom in public, but plenty of people use them for privacy in other ways (like they don't want to poo in the public restroom).
But there is a limit to my open-mindedness for sure. Making special accommodations for everyone is where I begin to draw the line.

it's really 3 groups of people who create all of this insanity. there is likely lots of overlap (esp between 2 and 3)
1. people with legitimate mental disorders
2. people who grew up as social outcasts, who are attempting a power grab to make their antisocial behavior the norm
3. people who feel like they have to find something to fight and in the age of abundance, there isn't much rational to fight for
