ESPN reports Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Pillar will miss time after straining an oblique with a hard sneeze Saturday morning.
One of the most bizarre injuries I've seen, have you seen worse?

Sammy Sosa had a similar injury because of a "violent sneeze".

Has there been an updated photo since that white skin photo came out?
I feel like that was 5 years ago and then nothing since but I don't spend my days googling that sort of thing

Dude looks like he just got up out of a casket.
I've heard the sneezing injury before. If you've got some things already out of whack down there, it can definitely frick you up.

It is not that bizarre for baseball. It happens a few times every off season.
