Does waiver order roll over to next season or reset after the draft?

I was hoping my team would shoot the lights out tonight. It appears they turned out the lights then started shooting.

I'd like to get input from other league members on what their thoughts were. I was planning to reset waivers in reverse order after the draft. But with it being a dynasty, it could be a decent idea to keep waiver order the same since top priority is a big benefit. If you come in last place and become less active towards end of year, is it right to give that team a top pick in redraft plus top waiver slot? IDK

thoughts?

I don't see its possible to lock the player pool. So yes. As long as ESPN has league active, you can add drop
