Anyone gone to an event, and had the wrong

tickets, tickets for another day, tickets for last nights, etc?
Ok, so a month ago my father said to get Blues tickets for March 14th(tonight). He gave me 2 links, one was for the March 14th and one for April 11th game.
Since they didn't have seats in the section he wanted on the 14th, i bought the tickets, and he said he printed them out, good to go for the 14th. I was like ok, cool, thought it was the 11th, but i didn't pick the seats, he did, i just sent the tickets to him.
About 3 hours ago we drove down to Scott Trade center, paid $20 to park, waited in a line for about 30 minutes to get in, as as he has his ticket in his hand, i notice it says April 11th. So i tell him, let's go, glad u paid for parking.

A friend of mine had been planning a South Dakota bird hunt all year with some of his buddies. The day before he thought he was supposed to leave, he found out he had the date wrong and had scheduled the wrong week for vacation.

I had a vendor who lives in Tuscaloosa invite me to the LSU Men's basketball game there a couple of years ago, he brought the wrong tickets to the game.
He's a well-connected alum there so he made a call and we sat in better seats than his season tickets. He burned a favor though.

I accidentally brought super regional tickets to the LSU-UF football game in '09. I was a student then. Went through the line, stood while it didn't scan. The guy looked at the ticket and said 'c'mon man'.
I responded the only way I could at the time...'holy shite.'
He proceeded to let me in anyway. A true Tiger that guy was...

Don't ask how it happened because even I don't know. Just printed the wrong one out in a hurry I guess.

Booked hotel room once for a night and put the wrong date, called before I was set to leave only to be informed of my error

Never had the wrong tickets. However, because of...you know...reasons...lol, I checked out of my hotel and tried to fly out of Amsterdam a day early while there on vacation a few years ago. I tried the self check-in kiosks and my boarding passes wouldn't print out so I went up to the counter and gave the lady from KLM my passport. She pulled up my flight, giggled, and told me, "Sir, your flight is tomorrow."

I bought a return airline ticket for the wrong day once. I didn't realize that flights were the same number everyday.
Thank God they had 1 open seat or I'd have been stuck in Souix Falls, SD.

Going to Europe on business I check in at the counter (years ago) and they inform me my flight was yesterday. Our travel agency at work had made a mistake that I missed. Luckily I got on a flight out.

Booked flights on the wrong day for seven of my trainers going to do a restaurant opening...
I had to talk to a United Airlines manager to get it all fixed...3 days later got a call from rest owner that they failed an inspection on construction and I had to re-schedule them all anyway...
Luckily my Admin was back from vacation and she had to do it.
