X-Ray of dog at 60 days pregnant (Updated with puppy pic)

I bred my lab to a silver lab back in January and the pups are due next week. The owner of the dam had x-rays done yesterday to try and get a head count. The vet said definitely 7 puppies but could be more. This is the first time I had seen this done and thought it looked pretty cool.

does akc recoginze "silver lab" on the paper? It was my understanding they do not... but that may have changed

In my experience with large breed dogs 63-64 days have usually been the magic days. So be ready soon.

Looks like 7 or 8. I think it's easier to count spines rather than skulls.

That's how I counted them. The female is starting to build her nest in her whelping box. The owner said that she even threw up a little bit. It sounds like pups should be here real soon.

There ended up being seven puppies born. We had to put the runt down due to a cleft pallet. They are a little cuter not in x-ray form.
